On construction
This blog is to help UPSC aspirants who find difficult to go for coaching classes. The syllabus will be covered in par with writing the exam in English. But the coaching will be given in Tamil because I felt undertstanding via mothertongue had the benefit of better understanding and long standing memory. Soft copy materials for preparation will be posted via this blog or in the facebook page.
